The writings contained in the book were written over a period of 30 years. They appeared as themes for practical study on Sunday Work days at Two Rivers Farm, as articles for various Work journals and other publications, as instructive notes to individual groups at Two Rivers Farm, as forwards to books, as articles sent to Gurdjieff groups around the world and as personal letters to friends and students. Many of these writings have never been published or publicly accessible until now. Each offers a unique side view of the immense depth of her understanding of human life and her method of transmitting it through the written word.
